Junk Removal Contract

Raptor Removal Service Agreement 

 

Terms & Conditions:

I, ______________________ (Customer requesting service) agree to the following terms and conditions of described services.

 

Raptor Removal Services agrees to remove and dispose of junk from Location/Address.Type of Junk to be Removed (e.g., household, yard waste, electronics etc)

Service Rate or Base Rate: per [hour/load/truck].

Additional Fees (if any, such as hazardous waste handling 

 

Scope of Work: 

Removal of specified junk from designated areas. Proper disposal or recycling of removed items, adhering to local regulations.

 

Any additional services: (e.g., cleaning of area post-removal)

Limitations: The Service Provider is not responsible for removing hazardous materials unless

explicitly agreed upon.

Items that are heavy weight or in hard-to-reach areas must be

disclosed in advance.

 

Cancellation:

Any cancellations made less than [e.g., "24 hours"] before the service date will incur a cancellation fee of $100

 

Liability: 

Raptor Removal Services Shall not be Liable for any consequential damages arising from the process of our Service agreement . 

 

removal process but is not liable for pre-existing damages or conditions.

 

Payment Terms:

 

The Customer agrees to pay discussed price before the Service Begins. 

 

The customer is responsible for paying any fees for the  disposing of Hazardous materials.

 

NOTE: A credit card is required on file 

 

Base Payment is due Before completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

Acceptable payment methods: (e.g., cash, credit card ).

 

All added fees will be charged to the card on file if the invoice is not paid within a week time from the service date. If payment does not go through the customer shall acquire $10.00 fee per day late Charges.  

 

Miscellaneous Provisions:

Both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
