RAPTOR REMOVAL SERVICES CONTRACT
PRICING & PAYMENT:
The Customer agrees to pay base fee before for a 15 yard or 30 yard container. When container gets dumped customer will then pay an additional fee per pound of actual debris weight. The container rental includes use for up to (5) days. If the container is kept longer then (5) days there will be an additional fee of $20 a day.
NOTE: You’ll be given a copy of the actual scale ticket with total dump weight.
NOTE: A credit card is required to be kept on file and used for dump fees including final weight, rental overages, and extra costs not included in regular fee.
NOTE: The BASE fee must be paid before the delivery of the container to the property.
Customer is responsible for any hazardous materials placed inside the container and agrees to pay fees for the disposal of said materials. Additional fees are due the day the container is dumped. Any unpaid balance will start to accrue a late fee of $10 each day from the first day the container was picked up until it is paid in full.
THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE for making a cleared path for delivery and pick up of container. Customer is responsible for any reasonable expenses needed to retrieve container on property. Customer is also responsible for any damage to the container while in their possession.
MATERIALS NOT ALLOWED INCLUDES:
While dumpsters are in your possession, you will NOT place or allow to be placed the following into the dumpster:
- Substances hazardous to health such toxic or corrosive materials or liquids.
- ANY kind of liquids such as; liquid solvents, chemicals, paint, flammable liquids, oil, etc. contained or not
- Cans, drums or container of any kind unless emptied, crushed or incapable of carrying any liquid.
- We do not accept bagged household garbage or any food products/food waste, medical waste, feces and or animal carcasses of any kind.
- Malodorous waste: asbestos, tires, gas can containers, fluorescent tubes, light bulbs, batteries of any kind
- Major household appliances such as but not limited to refrigerators, freezers, mattresses, TV’s, computers, ect.
- Propane tanks
- Mattresses/Box Springs (NOTE “box springs” are sometimes considered/charged as mattresses.)
*Any above materials placed in container will be subjected to additional disposal costs and will be charged to the payment method on file.
*ABSOLUTELY UNSUITABLE FOR CONTAINMENT*
NO SOLID FIL MATERIALS! Extremely heavy material such as rock, dirt, concrete, blocks, bricks stone, gravel, ETC. are PROHIBITED. These containers not set up to haul such items.
NO OVERLOADING
All items shall remain within the confines of the dumpster and SHALL NOT exceed the top or sides. Every attempt shall and must be taken to equally disperse the weight of the material within the dumpster. Roll-off containers shall not be loaded over the top rail, which at this level, the container is full. Also, no debris shall be hanging over any side; due to the tarping system; the arms will not work with any obstructions.
YOU could be fined and will be responsible for removing items that are loaded above the top rail. You Could be DENIED for pickup until remedied by you the customer and an additional fee of $30 may be added for a second pick up attempt.
ACCESS AND GROUND CONDITIONS:
The Customer will be responsible for the provision of free and suitable access to and from the delivery site; including the removal and reinstatement of local obstructions. The customer will be responsible for ensuring suitable ground conditions for delivery, placement and removal of the dumpster. NO responsibility will be accepted for the damage to any surfaces during delivery or pickup. Therefore, please take careful consideration in where you request the container to be placed.
NOTE: A heavy container may cause damage during drop off and pick up. Due to the heavy nature of these containers, you may see scuffs, scratches, torn grass, etc from where the container was placed.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR: Underground utilities, overhead wires, water, gas, sewer, phone, power, cable line, etc.
NO BURNING INSIDE OR NEAR CONTAINER: Fire inside or near a container will cause damage. The customer is responsible for replacement/repair costs.
The container shall not be moved from its original drop off placement anyone or piece of equipment.
NO MACHINE OF ANY KIND is to be used to compact inside the dumpster. If there are any damages made as a result of compaction the customer will be fully responsible to pay for any damages!
Liabilities:
We are not liable for any injuries resulting in the use/loading of the container while on the customers property. Raptor Removal Services WILL NOT cover any bodily injuries involved with or during the use and rental of our container.
We are not responsible for damages done to personal items/property while container is in customers possession. We are not responsible for any third-party injuries resulting in container use.
NOTE: NO climbing in or on container EVER.
It is the responsibility of the person below to show this contract to anyone loading or near the container during the rental period. Thank you.
